Rev'd Canon Dr. George Dawson Ahmoah Chairs Bishop's Flagship Committee
A six member committee has been inaugurated to administer the Bishop's Flagship Programme by the Rt. Rev'd Alexander Kobina Asmah.
The members are Rev'd Canon Dr. George Dawson Ahmoah, a Canon of the Cathedral Church of St. Andrew The Apostle Sekondi, Chairman of Ghana Cement Manufacturers Association and Strategy and Corporate Affairs Director GHACEM. The rest are Rev'd Fr. Josiah Myles Abadoo, Rev'd Samuel Gregory Opong, Mrs. Faustina Cudjoe, Mr. John Richard Wryter and Mrs. Matilda Essel.
The Diocesan Bishop charged the committee to work assiduously to make the vision of the Diocese a success by seeking support from all in the implementation of their mandate. He stressed on the fact that their main goal is to mobilise resources including funding for all Diocesan development programmes.
The chairman of the committee Rev'd Can.Dr. George Dawson Ahmoah thanked the Diocesan Bishop for the honour done him and the members to serve the church of God and pledged to work hard to make the dream of the Bishop a reality.
The inauguration was done at the Diocesan Office in Sekondi on 23rd May, 2017.
